Reliance Jio added a new prepaid plan to its list which is priced at Rs 401. The plan comes along with 3G high-speed data every day, Jio to Jio Unlimited, Jio to Non-Jio FUP of 1000 minutes, and 100 SMS per day. Well, these were just the usual benefits, the Rs 401 prepaid plan also offers a free subscription to Disney+ Hotstar VIP. The plan has a validity of 28 days.
Similarly, Airtel also offers a total of 3 GB of high-speed data with a free subscription to the Disney + Hotstar VIP. But there are stipulations here that the Airtel plan does not come with any call or SMS benefits. It has a validity of 28 days. However, the free subscription to Disney + Hotstar VIP, which provides the plan, is valid for 365 days. This means that even if your Airtel data pack is out, your subscription does not expire 365 days before.
The Airtel project thus has an edge over the Geo project. The Disney + Hotspur subscription will remain active until the prepaid plan is activated. For example, if you are active in the annual Geo project offered by Disney + Hotstar, your subscription will be active for a year. But if you are active on a monthly prepaid plan, the subscription is only valid for as long as the prepaid plan is active. You need to keep recharging each month to keep the subscription active. However, this is not the case with Airtel. Overall, both of these 401 Rs prepaid plans are the best.
Airtel is somewhat better than Jio in this case, but you have to keep in mind that only 3GB of data is being given in the company’s 401-rupee plan. At the same time, in Jio’s 401-rupee plan, you will be able to take advantage of calling, data and SMS in addition to the Disney + Hotstar VIP subscription. In such a situation, customers can buy any plan according to their convenience.
