The development of the Samsung Galaxy A01 Core has been in the spotlight for some time. The device will be the company’s latest entry-level Android Go smartphone. Now, a source has exclusively shared almost all information about the specifications of this phone with Sammobile.

The Samsung Galaxy A01 Core has already been approved by Brazil and Indonesia certification authority. But the information on the model’s technical data was scarce until now. Its specifications are to be very basic because the device is created for emerging markets, where customers do not have a huge budget and would like to have a smartphone with a larger screen and convenient internet access

The smartphone is built with Glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame. There are various color options for users to choose from such as Blue and Black.

The smartphone has a 5.14 inches PLS TFT capacitive touchscreen providing 720 x 1480 pixels resolution with 320 PPI density. The rear camera of the smartphone consists of 8 MP and on the front, there is 5 MP.

The Samsung Galaxy A01 Core is powered by the Mediatek MT6739WW (28 nm) Octa-core processor. The smartphone is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 3000 mAh battery. There is a single sensor, accelerometer.

Additionally, it features Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, micro USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm jack. The smartphone runs on the Android 10 (Go edition) operating system.

Reportedly, this device will also come with a MicroUSB port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and support for microSD cards and dual SIM. This new entry-level device returns a feature of the past time, such as the removable battery.
