In an elite meeting with PEOPLE, the previous Teen Wolf entertainer, 37, focuses on her job in the Netflix show series Partner Track
why she was at first drawn to the person, how the show intends to address prejudice in the work environment and what it has meant for her life on an individual level.
"There wasn't any need to focus on her being Asian American. There wasn't any need to focus on her being a minority, yet it was about her maxim, 'I'm attempting to make accomplice.'"
"There's fellowship, love, family, show, and a little bit of satire. In manners, it's light and tomfoolery and provocative," she adds.
For Cho, the capacity to address bigotry in the working environment and spread mindfulness on the issue was simply one more advantage of being a piece of the Netflix series.
"We really do have a few exceptionally huge episodes where we make a plunge and we go there," she adds
